WELCOME TO CARDIFF KYOKUSHINKAI KARATE! Our club has been running for nearly twenty years and has a great history of success. If you are looking for a club that will improve your fitness and confidence in a friendly atmosphere this is the place for you. Kyokushinkai is a traditional style of karate, suitable for men, women and children over the age of seven. It is an excellent form of self defence and a fantastic way to get fit and strong. We are affiliated to the British Karate Kyokushinkai (BKK), which has around 70 clubs, and to the International Federation of Karate (IFK), which has over 100,000 members in 19 countries worldwide. Our Chief Instructor is Sensei Terry Prescott, a 4th Dan and grading examiner for the BKK. There are a number of other black belts training and teaching in the club. We train at Maes Y Coed Community Centre, Jubilee Gardens, off Maes Y Coed Road, Heath, Cardiff CF14 4PP. DIRECTIONS At Gabalfa roundabout, take A470/A469 North exit. Take right lane (to A469).
