If you are looking for a club that will help improve your fitness and confidence in a friendly atmosphere, then Cardiff Kyokushinkai is the club for you. Take a look around our website and then contact us with any questions you have, or just come and train with us! Kyokushinkai is a traditional style of karate. It is suitable for men, women & children from 7 yrs and is an excellent form of self-defence and a fun way to get fit and strong. Our club is affiliated to the British Karate Kyokushinkai (BKK), which has about 70 clubs, and to the International Federation of Karate (IFK), which has over 100,000 members in 19 countries worldwide.
